1.. Brief introduction



ASTM B338 GR7(UNS R52400) is an α-type titanium alloy composed of industrial pure titanium (Ti) and trace palladium (Pd). It complies with the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and is designed for harsh corrosive environments. The material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in high-temperature chlorides, strong acids (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid), and oxidizing media. It is lightweight, high-strength, and has excellent weldability, making it an ideal choice for the chemical, marine and energy fields.
